If you are a CPE, ELE or MNE major (and a UMass Dartmouth student), send an e-mail to asmart@umassd.edu to request an MSDN-aa account.  Please send this request from your umassd account, anything else will be ignored.  With this account you’ll have access to developer and operating system software from Microsoft.  Details here. Other majors should inquire within their own departments.
